If your domain name / email is hosted by Top Reg Hosting
you will need to know the following
The email user name is your full email address.
(eg john@yourdomain.co.uk). Throughout these FAQs yourdomain.co.uk is replaced by our own domain name.
The pop3
server will be mail.yourdomain.co.uk
The smtp server will be supplied to you by the organisation that provides your connection to the internet. If you are unsure the company helpline or webpage will normally show this information.

**** How do I set up my FTP account?
Once you have designed your website you need to transfer it from your computer to our servers so that it can be viewed by users of the Internet. To do this you will need a small program to transfer the information. We use a free program SmartFTP which can be downloaded from
http://www.smartftp.com. It has served us well for many years.
You will need the following information to use the program
ftp site address: ftp.yourdomain.co.uk (do not include http://www)
login: yourdomain.co.uk (do not include http://www NOR ftp)
password:
